SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently, we offer USPS Shipping to the lower contiguous 48 United States.

No, sorry. We only ship to the lower 48 contiguous United States due to shipping timelines and international shipping document requirements.

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped with your USPS tracking information. Simply click on the tracking link to locate your order.

USPS Priority shipping is highly recommended for sensitive plants. USPS Priority packages will typically arrive within 3 business days, but again, delays can extend the shipping timeline.

We cannot predict shipping delays, so please keep an eye on your tracking information. If your plant delivery is delayed and your plants arrive in poor condition, please contact us so we can help you file a claim with USPS.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full once submitted online.

We do our best to correctly price all items in the store. In the event where an item is listed incorrectly, we will contact you with the correct price before processing your order. The likelihood of this occurring is rare.

We respect your privacy and take protecting it seriously. This Privacy Policy covers our collection, use, and disclosure of information we collect through our website and service. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your personal information and how you can access and update this information. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which our customers have engaged us.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

If you would like to place an online order, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our shop and add the items to your cart.
  2. Locate the cart icon and click the Checkout link.
  3. Review your order. You will now see a display of your order information and your complete cost, including shipping and tax.
  4. Enter your billing and shipping information and complete your purchase.
  5. You’ll receive an email with a summary of your order.

Yes, under certain conditions.

All of our plants leave our greenhouse in good condition and pest-free. However, they may be issues with USPS delivery timelines and you end up with an unhappy plant. Although we can’t guarantee delivery, we will be happy to help you file a claim with USPS so we can replace your plant.

If you are unhappy with your healthy plant for any reason, you may exchange it for another plant in stock or return it for store credit within 7 business days after the delivery date.

Due to the extremely cold weather, we are not offering shipping at this time. All existing shipping orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
